The Hero Group is planning to enter the upskilling/certification market. There is a growing demand for new-age skills, but a huge gap in the employability of most students and professionals. We plan to disrupt the higher education space by launching online/hybrid degree/certification programs targeted towards students as well as industry professionals. We want to replicate the complete University experience online to enable mass access to higher education. We will be launching these programs in collaboration with some of the leading Global Universities. The existing employability gap along with growth in online learning offers a great opportunity to create a scalable business. We have a vision to grow rapidly.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Head to join as part of our core team -

- Responsible for conceptualizing and building a world-class learning platform and all other related products/platforms

- Create a product roadmap aligned to the overall business strategy

- Understand the market trends on product

- Evaluate and integrate best-in-class and innovative external platforms as required

- Hire and manage a strong product team

- End-to-end responsibility for defining product features and creating product requirement documents

- Collaborate with the technology team for implementation of the product requirements

- Responsible for driving learner engagement through integration and use of engagement tools

What we are looking for?

- Minimum 10 years of product experience, with at least 2 years in EdTech / education management 

- Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and ownership skills, with an eye for detail

- Strong exposure in managing entire Product Life cycle

- Experience of building a product from scratch would be preferred
