Product Head - EdTech Startup (7-12 yrs)
We are looking for Head of Product for edtech client .
The role is build from scratch reporting to Co-Founder and CTO
The role focus on In the first year :
1) Improve Customer Experience
2) Improve User Experience of their internal crm product
3) Later to launch Native ios and android apps
- Strategic planning and management of current and up-coming ed-tech products
- Work very closely with Growth and Sales Teams to improve and ideate new acquisition funnels
- Complete end-to-end product design for web-based Ed-Tech Platform
- Identify key issues affecting customer experience; resolve it by improving product
- Definition, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set
- Lead a product development team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements.
- Identification and promotion of high potentials and talents
