The role need to provide best user/ customer experience by product enhancement and taking new initiatives. Involved in product Strategy. Designation - Product Head Total Experience - Min 8+ yrs Reporting to CTO Team Size-2-3 Product Managers Preference - Having Experience in Product Based Companies with experience in payment wallet, UIUX, seller experience, Customer journey, CRM, SCM etc. Required Skills : - 5 years experience in product management and data analytics across e-commerce domains with payment Wallet experience. - Excellent- product- management and organizational skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people. Passionate about generating big, creative ideas for- User Experience and product offerings - Strong SQL and Excel expertise to access and transform data into insights. - Product management or design experience with a focus on software products and technologies. - Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, etc. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trend Job Location - Gurgaon salary upto 45LPA Notice period 1 moth or less
