1) Own the product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives.
2) Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.

4) Should have people management skills (Recruit Manager directly/indirectly team of 5-6 product managers)
5) Experience building products from concept to launch and running successfully in production. Solid mix of technical, product and business skills
6) Entrepreneurial drive to create products with the best user experience and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding start-up environment.
7) Very good consumer / B2C Products experience added with stellar educational pedigree too would be a must here
8) Create a compelling positioning / Messaging strategy
9) Hire and nurture junior product managers /Product Managers and build a great product management team
Preferred Qualifications and skill:
1) 8-10 years of experience in consumer-facing product management role in an e-commerce / Travel or Similar Company.
2) Tech background with the stronghold on data, metrics and building models
3) Excellent people management skills Self-confident and self-starter proactive in setting and meeting goals.
4) Extremely organized and detail oriented High energy and positive attitude.
5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
