Product Head - eCommerce (6-14 yrs)

Our client is one of the leading e-commerce companies.

Selection criteria :

Education : B.Tech/MBA

Sector Exposure : Min 6-14 Yrs years work experience (At-least 5 years in e-commerce managing products) Product Management from any of the mobile app/e-commerce/product based companies.

Location : Mumbai

CTC : Best in Industry.

Qualification:

- 5+ years of product management work experience preferably in e-commerce/product based companies

- B.Tech/MBA

Role:

- Manage and work to improve the end to end user experience of the desktop and mobile sites through effective understanding of customer needs.

- Working through cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, SCM, Technology, Marketing, Site UI and Creative) to manage the new product development process and timeline for selected new products from product conceptualization through go-to-market. Includes product definition and requirements, pricing, promotions, content planning, merchandising, QA, marketing and the development of a testing plan.

- Develop revenue forecasts and business cases for new products/product categories by working with Finance, Marketing and Manufacturing.

- Meet Conversions & Revenue goals. And as a member of the India leadership team, have joining accountability of the P&L for India.

- Understand customer needs on new and existing products to drive pricing and functionality decisions, including competitive understanding, customer surveys, industry knowledge etc.

- Continuously improvise by understanding the voice of the customer by working closely with the customer care team

- Work with the Analytics Team to identify ways to increase conversion rate, repeat rate and order values for existing products; develop metrics and manage plans to goal; develop forecasts for initiatives and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes and tests.
