Product Head - eCommerce

Qualification: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science from a Tier 1 College, or an equivalent in working experience.

Experience (Years):

- 10+ years of experience in product management or project management in complex/matrix environments.

- Experience in eCommerce company

- Should have been CPO/Product head of a digital business/startup etc for atleast 3-4 years

- Experience of having launched at least 2 successful products/brands in Indian market.

- Product design / Product development/end to end lifecycle product management

- Ability to multi task and lead product design and development of multiple products in parallel

- Experience working directly with Engineers and UX designers in an Agile development environment.

Responsibility

- Leverage expertise in product strategy, product architecture, configuration & integration strategies, and long-term customer success

- Architecting and designing products based on the solutions vision and business plans

- Developing product roadmaps using - lean start-up- approaches.

- Driving solution deployment strategies and processes with an eye to balancing value-creation impact, deployment costs, and minimal long-term total cost of ownership

- Working with Product development teams to build the product with agile methodologies, specifically by writing functional requirements, setting development timelines, and ensuring appropriate quality & performance testing
