Product Head - Cross Sell Vertical - Bank (11-15 yrs)

We are having a leadership job opportunity for the role of Product Head - Cross Sell with the leading Bank based in Mumbai,

Job location - Mumbai

- Driving and transforming the new customer acquisition process, for Cross Sell business both for salaried and small ticket self-employed segment. To deliver new customer journeys, rooted in digital acquisition, and a transformation path to reducing traditional channel dependency.

- Should be able to create product solutions for targeted segment of customers (small ticket self-employed / salaried class)

- Responsible for product ideation, conceptualization, planning and execution of the product lifecycle basis the customer requirements for multiple channels- DSA, connectors/partner app, Direct/DST led sourcing, Direct through customer app, branch banking channel, corporate tie up sourcing, partnership model. All these channels will be developed for NTB PL sourcing, product expected to grow significantly in near future within the Bank.

- Derive consumer insights from the data gathered from analytics & statistical modeling

- Extremely analytical and data driven; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets

- Needs to have a blend of business, technology, analytics, product & portfolio expertise

- Assist in growth of digital cross sell business by developing strategic partnerships

- Drive effective ways of lead tracking, customer journey improvement and instant decisions

- Work with technology team for finalization of platforms and implementation

- Work with risk teams to make different products for different customer segments and to constantly take actions basis close monitoring of portfolio.

- Responsible for all Sales & Distribution lead initiatives including market sizing, new channel creation, increasing penetration in existing channels. The product ideation role is with the Product Head and execution/ sourcing is done by the National Sales Managers of the business.

- Build new partnerships / distribution points within approved segments to expand the target markets

- Forge digital partnership to increase online acquisition

- Ensuring adherence to Compliance guidelines / Audit requirements

- Address the right mix and portfolio quality.

- Ensure compliance and integrity in all business processes.

- Responsible to build a compliant culture and teams adherence to compliance frame work at all times

- Collaborate with all key stakeholders to build best-in-class process for customer acquisition with focus on using Digital tools, Instant Decision across Digital & non-digital channels.

- Managing Sales Performance & Productivity: Through Creation and execution of variable compensation plans, sales productivity tracking, and training & recognition programs.

- To manage, motivate and guide the team with business directional and cultural clarity
