Job Description :
- To launch market introduction & business development of new product categories like scaffolding, components & such others
- To be responsible for the business of new categories through a team of category managers
- To generate new product ideas based on customer & market needs to fill potential product gaps
- To proactively and systematically monitor and observe competition, market trends, customer needs and the change in construction methods.
- To define the country product strategy/product portfolio together with local management with support of regional/global product management
Profile :
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Degree in civil engineering or related technical fields. Also open to applicants with PG Diploma in Management or MBA.
- Excellent experience of Indian construction industry and job site with proven understanding of peculiarities of Indian market.
- Solid product management experience including experience working on successful product launches and/or adopting an international product line to India
- Experience in a multinational organization dealing in equipment, construction chemicals, or construction supplies.
