Product Head for Commercial Vehicle with leading NBFC
- Managing product & programme for new & used CV finance pan India & driving Commercial Vehicle sales volume Pan - India.
- Identifying strategic & operational product/process policies for CV, MHCV & HCV, Utility vehicle segment & increasing penetration of new & used - CV business
- Initiating & managing key manufacturer relationships, Initiating & executing new geographical and customer segment expansion projects,
- Leveraging relations with Partners / vendors ( manufacturers, DSA's etc), organize finance events / activities (Financiers Meet, Dealers Meet) and Joint Promotions (Customer Meets, Loan Melas, etc)
- Designing & implementation of business & collection policies, process automation, digital lending, LMS, Incentive & contents.
- Designing & implementing market research & trend analysis for implementing / improvising business plans, upgrading product for future transformation.
- Launching pilot products & reviewing their performance for measuring cost vs efficiency
- Execution of marketing plan (ATL, BTL & Digital) - Brand visibility across CV dealerships where promotional campaigns are active.
- Identify requirements on Dealerships and Aligning with marketing team for creative design & branding
