Job Description: Product Head- CMS & Payment Services, Business Banking
Description:
- To support and structure CMS and related transaction banking solutions for clients mapped to various business channels- ETRG, Branch Banking, TASC, Wealth, RIBG, BLG and SMEAG
- Manage a team of Solution Managers and Regional Managers spread across India
- To plan, manage and drive all aspects of the CMS proposition in the above mentioned channels
To achieve incremental Current account balances through :
a) Sale of CMS/ Transaction Products
b) Client activation
c) Client servicing
- Responsible for increasing throughput (value/volume) of transactions and also related Fee.
- Responsible for process and product re-engineering to suit the requirements of the channel
- To constantly create differentiators in existing products and services and create new products to stay ahead of competition.
Key Requirements/ Background:
- A strong background of domestic transaction banking and exposure in related technologies.
- A track record of cultivating strong team morale and building strong working relationship with key internal stake holders and business groups.
Key Competencies: Adaptability, business analysis, project management, problem solving, result focus, organizational abilities.
Qualification/ Experience: Minimum 10 years- experience in transactional banking space
