Product Head/Chief Technology Officer - AdTech

Product Head / CTO - AdTech (Mobile Ad Firm)

Responsibilities of the role :

- Responsible for building in house platforms to support the key Business modules : Programmatic Ad serving, Mobile Attribution and Lead Management.

- Brainstorm new ideas and strategies with the Business Management team to make the product better and maximize the revenues.

- Responsible for creating product roadmap and strategy which is in line with company goals.

- Write Product Requirement Document (PRD), create wireframes, product & training documents for major/complex projects.

- Mentor ad operations teams to use our technology in the best possible way and optimize campaigns to maximize revenue for the company.

- Responsible for all 3rd party partner Integrations required to improve our ad serving platforms.

- Conduct product training for internal teams and customers.

- Coordinate with the Development team on project development schedules, conduct user acceptance testing to ensure smooth releases of projects.

- Create Go to Market Strategy which involves internal testing, MVP testing on beta customers to ensure the highest quality and a smooth release of any product.

- Act as a point of contact for all queries related to Product Management.

- Support the Sales team in their pitch and meet customers to help close deals.

What will you need :

- Team handling experience.

- Work closely with the Management & Team to understand and develop the design as per the requirement.

- Experience of 10+ years with Adtech & Martech, Good coordination, time management, process skills required.

- Ability to work through people with diverse backgrounds would be essential.

- A self-starter who is self-motivate and can push herself to achieve goals & targets.
