Product Head - Business Loan - NBFC (10-14 yrs)
We have been retained by one of the largest NBFC to recruit Product Head Business Loans.
Job Role :
- Responsible for managing the entire life cycle of Business Loan products from inception to launch.
- Develop strategies and define product roadmap based on leadership strategies and vision and Identify market opportunities and define product strategy
- As a Product Head of Business Loans vertical, you will be responsible for managing the Unsecured Business Loans division. This would require you to:
- Product Innovation and Improvement:
- Supporting and designing changes in the business loan products, along with management of existing portfolios.
- Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Ensures compliance and adherence to internal compliance policies, NBFC guidelines and external regulatory (SEBI/RBI) guidelines in product design
