- Has 8-12 years- experience in providing solutions for BFSI sector - Has managed customer life cycle in BFSI domain - Has experienced pre-sales and solutioning with internal/external stakeholders - Has been exposed to lending eoo-system - Has prior experience of building data &amp; analytics based digital underwriting platform - Has played an active role in requirement gathering, wireframe preparation, stakeholder management and user acceptance testing for at least one significant product / project - Has experience in Secondary Research &amp; Documentation - Has demonstrated flair for software products / services - Should have strong business management and analysis skills - Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast moving environment - Conceptualise and build innovative financial products in lending for platform users - Work closely with internal stakeholders for delivery to clients as per commitments - MBA from Tier 1or Tier 2 B-school.
