Regulatory Management 5. Revenue Optimization 6. Operational efficiency &amp; digitalization 7. Team management - Formulate the product strategy for Third Party Product, aligned with the business strategy at the Organizational Level. - Formulation of product plan - Generate product requirements, determine product specifications, product timetable, pricing - Oversee the execution of time integrated plan for product introduction and development of marketing strategy - Cross function coordination and obtain necessary approval for introduction of product - Recommendation of nature and scope of current and future products lines by reviewing the product specifications and requirements - Evaluate the analysis performed by TPP Product team for assessing the market competition by benchmarking company's products along with competition - Obtain necessary approval from Management, Board &amp; Regulator - Fulfil the licensing requirements - Meeting with industry players for partner evaluation - Prepare the final proposal for Management review based on the analysis carried out by TPP Product Team - Presentation to the management for necessary approval
