Job Description :

- Highly entrepreneurial position reporting directly to the CEO and will require you to assume a number of different roles.

- You practice user empathy and are comfortable interviewing users on a regular basis.

- Analytics : You are very comfortable getting the data you need and transforming it into insights and initiatives without support.

- SQL, scripting languages, and data-visualization packages are tools you can easily reach for and leverage so your decisions are data-informed and clearly articulated.

- Track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent organization and prioritization skills.

- You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- 6-12 years of product management experience.

- Prior experience seeing a product through its entire lifecycle.

- Bonus points if you've worked at a rapidly growing startup.

- Ability to think strategically and long-term.

- Ability to plan, scope, and prioritize projects to achieve short and long-term goals.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Sales.

- Ability to communicate clearly and frequently with relevant stakeholders.

- Ability to be entrepreneurial - leading projects and getting them across the finish line.
