Product Head - Affordable Housing - NBFC - IIM/FMS/MDI/IMT/XLRI

This position with a NBFC which is part of world's well known financial services company.

In short 

- To manage complete P&L for Affordable housing product on national level, someone from product management background.

- To manage lifecycle performance of core and attached products in Affordable housing loan

- Continuous analysis and tracking of product policy and branch network ensuring adherence to set policies

- To do continuous benchmarking against competition, mystery shopping and customer surveys to evaluate product performance to ensure that product offerings are differentiated, competitive, compelling and customer-centric

- To continuously enhance the skill set, market awareness and keep abreast of all latest developments impacting the portfolio and business goals

- To enhance productivity of resources, yield of products aiming for returns above set norms

- To manage evolution of product with portfolio analytics and suggesting changes

- To introduce creativity and innovation in current offering and expand product suite in adherence to organization's policies and norms to always stand differentiated from competition
