Product Growth Manager - Short Video Platform/Internet/e-commerce

- As the first Growth product manager, will be responsible for setting growth strategy and building world-class product experiences to accelerate growth.

- Will work closely with engineering, data science, marketing and product operations teams. Excellent product management ; GROWTH skills

- Break down complex problems and use data to inform how to tackle those problems. You're fluent in growth accounting, analyzing funnels, and can set ambitious, clear metric goals for the team.

- Experience GROWING a new product, especially a B2C product

- Experience launching various GROWTH strategies and testing various growth loops.

- Creativity and enthusiasm for testing new scrappy growth strategies

- 5 years experience as a PM

- Experience with community-leveraged Growth

- Hustler mentality

- Strong communicator, strong listening skills
