- You will be front ending the Product Growth team with a focus on growth of the acquisition channels along with retention by assuring that your product fits the market requirements.
- You will also hire your team to achieve profitable results

Description :
- Device end-to-end product growth strategy in close collaboration with product, design, research, engineering and marketing teams
- Head of growth initiatives from existing user growth to idea-ting plans to increase the market share
- Ensure that product growth decisions are data informed - based on strong logical rigour, in-depth analysis, and value data with opinions
- Core leadership role- work closely with founders
- Manage P&L of the entire product growth business
- Ensure new user acquisition as well as retention
Profile :
- 5-7 years of experience, 3+ in driving product growth
- Tier 1 MBA background
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Should be able to work closely with the leadership
