Product Engineering Manager - IT

We are looking for an experienced product engineer manager, below are the job description for your reference.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 10+ Years of experience with Minimum of 3 years into Product Management.

- Must be experienced in complete ASIC lifecycle development.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate at all levels.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or other managerial position

- Excellent problem-solving ability

- Must be capable of synchronizing and work with engineering leads to attain common goals. Track record of proven leadership, business and program management performance.

Should be technical and hands on. Design background is a must have. Timing or RF background is preferred.

Job Overview Duties include:

- Product definition of all Timing/RF products. Expected to know the products inside out

- Handhold all timing products from definition to mass production - work with GM, management and all execution teams in design, apps, operations and sales.

- Work with sales to define execution timelines and manage customer messaging

- Good communication skills and attitude

- Good people mgmt. skills

- Being responsible for program execution of complex semiconductor devices in terms of schedule, performance, power and cost.

- Risk management and disciplined management of information important to staff, internal and external to the team.

- Ensures change control, development reviews, and other product development processes are effectively implemented.

- Roll-up and reporting regularly to senior management on key product development milestones, metrics, risks, risk mitigation plans and staffing status.

- Works closely with product marketing, Technology Core teams, ASIC design implementation teams, project engineers, Systems, Software, Sales and Customers and other leads and program managers to ensure successful and timely delivery of a quality product.

- Interaction with Customer on reviews/PM activities/milestones/releases etc

- Work & manage Product Marketing decks/ Datasheets/Application notes

- Manage GUI coordination and release

- Customer interactions on things related to these marketing collaterals

- Develop, maintain and drive schedules for these
