Outline of Responsibilities :

- Product Management- New Products/ Process Ideation of new products/ processes in order to meet specific business goals

- Defining product strategy, roadmap and go-to-market plan

- Initiating new product development as per requirement and formulating guidelines

- Coordination with various stakeholder departments for amendment of changes e.g. Legal, Compliance, IT etc.

- Taking the changes through various approval committees corresponding to required changes e.g.- CRMC, PCMC etc.

- Co-ordinating with field business team regarding implementation of product/ process

- Documentation of approvals/ other documents pertaining to changes e.g.- CRMC/ PCMC notes, BRD, FSD etc.

- Conducting UAT of products/ processes for successful implementation

- Product Management- Existing Products/ Process Initiating required changes in existing products/ processes as per feedback received from time to time

- Co-ordinating with stakeholder departments to obtain clearance and approvals as required for implementation

- Co-ordinating with stakeholder departments for implementation of changes and undertake required steps such as UAT.

- Documentation of approvals/ other documents pertaining to changes e.g.- CRMC/ PCMC notes, BRD, FSD etc.

- Conducting UAT of products/ processes for successful implementation

- Managing PM SVANidhi program Initiating PM SVANidhi program for new locations based on request and approval

- Daily download of PM SVANidhi applications/ data from the portal and coordinating with team for processing applications

- Handholding and guiding Banking Units on processing, assessing and disbursing PM SVANidhi cases

- Day-to-Day query handling regarding PM SVANidhi originating from Banking Units and branches from all locations

- Handling queries related to PM SVANidhi originating from regulatory bodies

- Co-ordination with IT for system issues related to the scheme and to ensure smooth operations

- Participating in meetings with DFS regarding to the scheme on behalf of the bank

- Co-ordination regarding submission of interest subsidy claims for PM SVANidhi

- Daily reporting of PM SVANidhi data on the PMS portal

- Other day-to-day activities Handling queries related to product/ process from various departments

- Co-ordinating with various departments regarding issues related to product/ process

- Implementation of any other requirement as per business demand as and when required.
