Product Development Role - Life Insurance (4-6 yrs)
Following are the responsibilities of the role
1. Gather, understand and align the sales requirements with the Product Development process
2. Monitor the sales process to ensure that the product is being sold as envisaged by the Management
3. Creation and management of customer pitch
4. Enable effective product launch
5. Plan Product campaigns
6. Analyze & recommend sales support tools
Requirements of an ideal candidate include
1. MBA (Marketing) from a reputed B School
2. Sales experience of 1 or 2 years preferred
3. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
4. Understanding of Life Insurance regulations and knowledge of other investment options
