Product Developer/R&D Specialist - FMCG/Beverages

Requirement of Product developer (R&D Specialist) for FMCG (beverages) Company.

Know-how / Professional Experience:

Experience in Food Industry ( 2-5 years)

Communication skills, organization skills, market know-how, sensory skills

FSSAI food laws

Requirement :preferred industry Beverages.

Key Accountabilities :

- Create recipes of Fruit Preparations and cook lab samples.

- Control lab samples and make decisions on delivery.

- Contact clients for technical discussions / technical feedback on samples

- Take part in improvement of production recipes, organize production trials (in cooperation with technologist) and approve of them.

- Prepare product presentations and Innovation Days; take part in presentations and tasting sessions

- Monitor the market (consumer's behavior, innovation ideas).

- Participate in Raw Material decisions.

- Search for and test new ingredients (stabilizers, sweeteners, colors and so on), taste, describe and keep flavors.

Purpose of the Job :

To create recipes of Fruit Preparations, contact clients for technical discussions, prepare product presentations, take part in improvement of production recipes, organize and monitor production trials (in cooperation with technologist) and approve of them. Work in close cooperation with Sales manager on project and product development.

Salary Range: 15 - 20 LPA
