Product Designer for Series D Funded Company

What kind of opportunities would a Sr.Product Designer get at to build product that impacts resellers or the end customer? What kind of problem solving would they be doing?

- Every design and product experience has a significant impact on our resellers.

- Apart from discovery and engagement, the core of our business metrics, there is a large part of gamification, aspirational and behavioral models that are built to positively impact the reseller's lives. 

- We have a Challenges(gamification and reseller revenue growth), Community (a social and engagement tool for help and support), Series D funded Business Academy (an educational content and platform). From educational and motivational content helping the resellers ace up their business, to tools and products that allow them to engage and serve their customers better every aspect of the product requires deep understanding of the resellers. 

- Their trials and tribulations, their environment, their motivations in lives, their emotional needs and their need to be financially independent. We build products that are helpful to those needs, products that respond to those aspirations.

What are the specific skills you are looking at for this profile, not only in terms of qualifications, experience, etc. but also other skills such a strong design sense, etc. Whatever suits the role please elaborate on that.

- We are looking for individuals who have research based approach to problem solving. One who can coordinate research and build meaningful products based on insights.

- Deep understanding of B2C dynamics and B2B complexities.

- Fundamentals of NPS, Conversion driven business models and gamification rules.

- Strong hold on Visual Aesthetics, that consider digital capabilities, local sensibilities and platform constraints. Build strong design process and culture

- Ability to manage, create and contribute to the Design System
