Roles and Responsibilities

Products are a key part of our recipe to help startups scale. In 2020 we launched two products, in 2021 we added another to the suite and now we are in the process of launching our integrated product.

- A product that makes performance assessment a delight for all employees.

All our products originated from a design-first approach to the problems that they are hoping to solve. We are seeking a designer who can carry us forward in the next leg of our journey to scale these offerings.

Responsibilities

- Perform user research and bring customer-backed insights into our products.

- Understand competition and refine the core positioning and messaging for the product.

- Staff and lead the design team for company.

- Working closely with cross functional stakeholders - product, marketing - to unblock growth for our products.

- Take a rapid iteration approach to build new features in existing products and conceptualize new products for our suite.

- Continually benchmark our products against competition and conceptualize differentiators.

Requirements

- Design degree from a reputed institution.

- 3-6 yrs. of experience managing design (SaaS experience mandatory).

- Proven ability to execute through effective product development lifecycle processes.

- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

- Strong ability to make product decisions based on evidence through customer insights, data, A/B tests etc.
