Product Designer - IT (2-5 yrs)

Product Designer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Mandatory Qualification:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in designing products with strong knowledge on design principles

- Expert in wireframing and prototyping tools. Should be familiar with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop

- Degree from a Tier 1 college

Responsibilities:

- Lead & own the entire product design process & deliverables that include ideation, primary & secondary user research, persona creation, storyboarding, low &high-fidelity prototype creation, etc.

- Collaborate with founders, customers to conceptualize different modules of the product(s)

- Understand the users, their behavior, pain points through research, data analysis etc. and incorporate findings in the product design

- Translate complex use cases/problem statement to intuitive & easy to use interfaces suitable for all kinds of users (beginners to experts)and share all necessary collaterals with the product development team

- Support the product development team with any design requirements throughout the development lifecycle

- Build and lead a great team of UX/UI designers as we grow

Ideal candidate:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing products (preferably SaaS products)

- Quick learner, problem-solver and should always have a glass-half-full attitude

- Strong knowledge of design principles

- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

- Expert in using wireframing and prototyping tools

- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
