What's the role?

1- You will work closely with the business, product development and other key stakeholders and co-create the future of design language and systems to drive delightful user engagement. The role provides you with opportunities to exercise your core design skills, mentorship and leadership skills. You will be responsible for solving strategic problems and getting creative on the truly challenging and unique use cases and patterns.

2- Think out of the box and design great-looking products with a high desirability quotient. Work closely with the Business, Product Management, Development, Research to shape and deliver the product vision and strategy.

3- Focus on creating components and documentation with the continued support of growth and evolution of the design system. Build a learning team environment and stimulate the creative process in the Innovation team. Understand strategic solutions that identify with the business values and the end-user objectives. Work closely with the HOD on overall strategy, alignment and approvals.

4- Ensure projects remain on track and raise the Red flag as applicable.

5- Impart the importance of user-centricity and research to build scalable and valuable solutions. Keep yourself updated with the emerging trends in the world of design, gaming and technology.

Who are you?

A designer who understands the core aspects of Art and Design. A system thinker with strategic thinking skills at several levels of magnification. A designer, who can see the bigger picture of the design system and how it serves the organization by anticipating potential use cases and evolutions. A designer who can disconnect from the immediate problems and look beyond a single feature or a single product. A self-motivated individual who drives the overall vision of the project.

What does it take?

1- Should be up to date with general UX trends, best practices, design principles and tools/techniques.

2- 4+ years of industry experience in design and system thinking background.

3- A strong portfolio that highlights your skills and achievements. Exposure to agile working environments and methodologies working autonomously.

4- Effectiveness in working across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.

5- Must have robust documentation, communication, leadership, organizational and time-management skills.

6- A degree in Arts, Interaction design, Communication Design from NID, IDC, JJ School or other esteemed institutions.
