- Product Design / Apparel Design / Fashion Design Graduate/PostGraduate from top institutions - (Preferable) Prior experience in designing products for outdoor Gear (Adventure Gear) and other apparel categories. - Highly innovative and creative skills in product design - Ability to think out of the box and create a never-before product range. - Should have a deep understanding of all software and hardware tools required for product design. - Should have a deep understanding and sound judgment of all material used for products Leadership skills : - Leadership abilities to take a product range from a design concept to a finished product. As part of the team the candidate shall be expected to perform the following responsibilities : - Design a new and innovative range of outdoor gear and apparel - Create ground-breaking innovative product designs. - Sound selection of combination/quality of fabric and other material for the products - Create samples for each new product, working with the workmen in the sampling unit. - Designing product packaging and another relevant branding on the product - This is an early joiner position so in future the candidate will be expected to lead future designers in the team.
