Product Control/Financial Control/Financial Reporting/Legal Entity Controller - Bank - CA

Client Name: Leading Banking MNC

Qualification: CA

Requirement: Chartered accountants with exp in either Product control/ Financial control/Legal Entity Control/Financial Reporting/Hedge fund Accounting can Apply.

Role: An exciting opportunity is available in IMOFCS in which the candidate will be responsible for:

- Review & production of daily/monthly P&L and balance sheet

- Validating T0 v/s T1

- Providing commentary on P&L drivers and T0 v T1 variance

- Performing relevant PnL and Balance sheet checks and ensure that they are correctly reported on daily & month ends

- Performing reconciliations and ensuring that all breaks/ issues are identified and resolved

- Ensuring that all the controls are adhered

- The Integrated Middle Office (IMOFC) team is part of Group Finance a bachelor degree or above, preferably with CPA or CFA qualification

- Good understanding of securities, investment banking or equities products

- Experience preferably within the Banking / Finance area and preferably with prior direct experience in financial / product controlling.

- Know-how to develop a robust set of controls to the financials (e.g. P&L, balance sheet)

- Analytical and methodical, with great attention to detail

- Excellent communicator who can adapt style to audience
