Product Communication Manager will be instrumental in establishing and conveying the product position through planning, creating and communicating through different channels
A) Content Creation & Development
1. Convert the technical content into sales promotion material
2. Develop appropriate marketing communication for existing and new products for supporting the field team
3. Design & prepare Awareness, Consideration and Conversion Tools
4. Application/Segment specific content creation & development
B) Product / Market Communication
1. Work closely with the brand, digital and PR team to identify and promote the content
2. Develop, design, implement, and facilitate a marketing communication plan
3. Manage communications across all channels for area of responsibility including print & digital
4. Support the GTM teams in creating effective communications/brand message during BTL activations/ launches etc.
5. Updating of all promotional material, including sales aids, brochures, posters and other POP
6. Release timely Marketing Communication/Bulletins for Product Introduction and Upgrades
C) Competence Development:
1. Support competency management team with suitable material and help in developing various tools
D) Market Intelligence & Update
1. Understanding of New Trends, Technology and Regulations
2. Customer interactions to understand the usage pattern; operating parameters and other aspects that would help in
better understanding of transport operations
3. Keep update on competition collaterals
