- Managing a Product Category of 200 crs.

- Responsible for the Complete Lifecycle of the given product category and P&L

- New Product Development

- Managing Sourcing Pattern as per changing market trend and consumer choice

- Identifying the target customers

- New Business Development Initiatives

- Responsible for the Market Share, Competition Analysis, BTL and ATL activities as per the given budget

- Reporting to Marketing Head.
