Product Business Integrity Associate - Global Investment Bank

- You will be joining the Global Products and Solutions (GPS) team, which resides within the Private and Commercial Bank Division of this global bank. Your new team will be supporting colleagues in every Wealth Management (WM) Centre globally, managing products through the lifecycle of Idea Generation, Sourcing and Selection, Coverage and Analysis and Post Sales activities.

- You will be working in the GPS Business Integrity Team, a sub-team within GPS COO (Chief Operating Office), which provides WM product data control and governance. As part of the wider BI team there will be opportunities to broaden your responsibilities and knowledge into this area to create a team that is multi-skilled and multi-disciplined.

- Responsibility for participating in and running key initiatives around the sourcing of and provision of data to enable adequate supervision, controls and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with other COOs, Business Control Units, Business Management, and Regional Product Teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Operational Management of tools to ensure data is maintained to the highest possible standard and support/ advocate the adoption of the Bank's Prep tool with the business.

- Working with regional/ global stakeholders on ad hoc requirements with toolsets e.g. user accesses and other system issues are managed appropriately.

- Providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for User Acceptance Testing, for any changes required in Banks systems and monitoring control release and completion.

- Shaping future tools and support global projects e.g. Condor that are intended to streamline current processes

- Management Dashboard Production, KPI/KRIs for management briefings on completeness of product reviews and other adhoc reporting

- Developing relationships with key onshore stakeholders, both within the Business and Technology.

- Support Controls Team with central governance processes such as Dashboard Reporting, Global Supervisory System (GSS), Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs), Conflicts of interest (CoI), Distribution Agreements and Mandatory Time Away (MTA) compliance.

- Performing training and education to all stakeholders on their responsibilities and best practice.

- Maintenance of all relevant KOPs/User guides and training notes to be reviewed quarterly for accuracy and relevancy.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential

- Strong verbal and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular Excel

- An understanding of the New Product Approval (NPA) process (useful)

- WM product knowledge (advantageous)

- Experience of operating with similar applications supporting the control and attestation processes.

- Good team skills and demonstrable ability to work within clearly defined KOPs.

- Experience in MS Access and Visual Basic (VBA) is beneficial

- Enthusiastic and a flexible team player, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Ability to work independently, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
