Position: Product Analyst

Location: Pune/Remote

Job Description:

- Develop a deep understanding of specific areas of the business and the key metrics to measure the performance of the product.

- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and understand how our users interact with our products through systematic and rigorous measurement and analysis.

- Simplify and automate reporting, Create Dashbaords and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have maximumscale.

- Our user journey has a lot of information, captured at different touch points of interaction. We are looking for someone who can translate this into actionable insights.

- Work closely with the Business, Product and Technology teams to identify business problems that need to be solved using data analytics.

- Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership

Qualifications required :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline

- Strong business acumen

- Expert knowledge of Web and App Analytics Tools (such as Google Analytics, Firebase), CleverTap and Appsflyer

- Proficient in writing queries in MySQL for generating the reports

- Good grasp of A/B testing, user behavior analysis, funnel analysis, cohort analysis

- Experience with building dashboards in Tableau or other data visualization tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and within a group
