Product & Business Analyst - FinTech

Job Description:

Full Time Position, Remote for now

Salary to be negotiated

- Collect requirements from all stakeholders on the product vision and objectives and create product requirement documents.

Skills Required: Multivariate analysis, Prototyping, Workflow development, Web: HTML, CRM Platforms, Troubleshooting, MS Office

- Gather insights from consumer research and incorporate them into the PRD and vision document.

- Define, design and improve key funnels and metrics.

- Write product specs and drive high quality UX/UI

- Clearly communicate with the technical teams and own execution end-to-end

- Cross-functional collaboration to communicate and come to consensus about features and deadlines.

- Use analytics to gather and interpret data, uncover insights and use them to improve and enhance the product.

Experience:

4-5 years of product management or business analyst experience out of which at least 1-2 years in a finance or Fintech company (B2C)

Qualities:

- Should have an outcome focused, entrepreneurial approach to product.

- Should be comfortable using numbers and consumer feedback for continuous product enhancement.

- Should be adept at vendor management, prioritization.
