The Role & Responsibilities

- Manage and continuously enhances capabilities within Cyber security Services portfolio.

- Partner with technical teams and solution architects to analyse technical and non-technical requirements to build robust Data protection solution

- Participate in the design team discussions / design reviews along with the solution architect to accomplish high quality design

- Validate detailed designs from project team and assist in technical documentations

- Participate in product architecture reviews and validate solutions implementation

- Provide direction and support to project team

- Work with internal and external auditors support auditing requirements

- Present reports on existing gaps, problems, and solutions

- Involve in product upgrades like version upgrades, new functionalities, EOL equipment etc

- Build product capability roadmaps for the service team.

- Collaborate with business teams, infra teams, security operations, project teams and offers technical guidance

- Assist in security assessments and vulnerability analysis as required to justify risk tolerances and acceptances

Our Ideal Candidate

- Minimum 14-15 yrs of experience in relevant security products

- Graduate in any discipline

- Strong experience in architecture and design of Data protection technologies like Information Rights Management, Data Discovery & Classification, DLP, CASB etc

- Hands on any of the above data protection technology is a must.

- Deep understanding on cloud security solutions.

- Delivered engagements across cloud security lifecycle of strategy definition, architecture, design and implementation in line with regulatory and standards

- Experience in working with geographically dispersed teams, preferably in the Financial Services industry.

- Experience with enterprise applications (architecture, development, support, and troubleshooting).

- Experience and exposure to security products to assess security implications and requirements for introduction of new technologies.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter/self-motivated

- Technical writing experience is a plus

- Industry certifications like CISSP, Azure & AWS related certifications would be plus
