A multinational publishing house is looking for : Designation - Product Architect - Assessments Exp - 10+ years in edTech domain, predominantly on Assessments products Location - Noida Reports To : Head - Assessments PURPOSE OF THE JOB -&nbsp; To architect and manage the entire product lifecycle from requirements through delivery and continuous improvement. Leverage your strong insight and experience in Assessments to build transformative digital and blended assessment products from requirements to implementation and spanning content, technology, training, support, and implementation. Innovate and continuously demonstrate your passion and ability to build rich, scalable and impactful assessment solutions for education. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS 1. Discover and understand what needs to be done - domain, inter-relationships, outputs, other requirements - across local, regional and global locations 2. Create Product Roadmaps, set product goals and metrics to measure goal achievement 3. Conduct market research, interact with potential customers through focus group discussions, surveys and other methods and tools 4. Evaluate alternative solutions and competitive offerings from technology, pedagogy and content perspectives 5. Create Product Requirement documents, prototypes, proof-of- concepts 6. Establish business domain vocabulary, product design &amp; architecture, feature design, User experience design, use cases and flows 7. Align with technology and content teams across locations 8. Integrate backwards with business team and forwards with UI, development and QA teams; also integrate forwards with goto-market teams for sales, implementation, training and support 9. Manage user acceptance testing 10. Gather, disseminate and leverage business, technology and market insights 11. Contribute to internal standards and templates, internal awareness of technology enabled assessment-based solutions 12. Manage concurrent fast-paced projects - plan, monitor, execute, mitigate risks and improve continuously 13. Evaluate and manage vendors and internal teams 14. For line managers: Select, develop, manage and motivate teams in order to deliver required outcomes. Build and develop the pipeline of talent in line with the Press- s requirements for technical, professional, managerial and leadership capability. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - Assessments: Strong experience and knowledge in Assessments including Adaptive and ML-based assessments, Intelligent Tutoring Systems, IRT, Assessment Management Systems &amp; API, Large scale assessments, Analytics and Visualization, xAPI and Learning Record Stores, Gradebook/Report Cards - Product Architecture: Strong edTech experience combining knowledge of internet-scale technology development with knowledge of Assessments development and pedagogy; experienced in both K12/HE and Test Prep projects - Good knowledge of Statistics, languages like R and Python, and IRT tools - Business Analyst skills: Business analysis, Requirements definition &amp; management, Consultancy, Business process improvement, Change implementation and planning, Enterprise and business architecture, Business modelling - Be a self-starter and an active member articulating key approaches/decisions in our solution architecture. - Experience of Agile project delivery methodologies - Experience in a global organization and/or startups using in-sourced and out-sourced services - Experience of projects in a complex geographical / functional matrix organisation - Virtual working and collaboration in a matrix environment - Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative and consultative - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts and information. - Should have ownership mindset. Be able to own the product right from conceptualization to implementation. - To be able to "think ahead" of monitoring, security, maintainability aspects of the product. - User Acceptance Testing - Degree educated with at least 10-12 years in edTech domain, predominantly on Assessments products
