- 3+ years of professional experience in iOT based technical product sales or in BD role.
- Any sales / BD person selling Video conferencing equipment, Monitor to an account by managing key stakeholders like GM- IT, Head of IT, CIO
- Any sales / BD person selling security equipment by engaging directly with the Head of Admin & Facilities, Security etc.
- Strong understanding of building technology like Fire systems, Surviellance and Electrical products.
- Excellent proficient communication Skills
- Techno commercial turning existing technology into a solution solving customer problem
- Hands On skills in IOT based product development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical Product Sales & NOT Service Sales
- Should have sold directly to customers/corporates by managing accounts directly through key stakeholders
- Lead generation and conversion to sales
- Create a month on month consistent sales pipeline.
- Defining the product vision, and working closely with product manager, Customer and engineering to deliver winning products
- Drive Revenue forecast
- Knows the step involved in product fitment
- Can Identify Product Channel Fit.
- Risk identification and mitigation for all projects of designated area
- Achieve organization Metrics goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity & Customer feedback which are in line with customer and Business growth
- Follow Leadership Standard Work
- Participate in Customer complaints and root cause analysis
