Product & Alliance Manager - NBFC

Looking for product/alliance manager for a NBFC based in Chennai.

Start-up engagement and Partner of Choice (POC) development

A) Assist in Start-up discovery :

a. Understand and work on initiatives identified in digital strategy

b. Leverage databases and network (events/forums) to help build a portfolio of start-ups aligned to innovation roadmap

c. Assist in shortlisting and finalizing start-ups that are aligned to requirements

B) Formalize the PoC :

a. Define the usecases in line with the business expectations and capability of the startup shortlisted for the engagement

b. Define the key success criteria for the PoC

c. Onboard the startup to work on the PoC

d. Review techno-commercial proposals and provide recommendations

e. Mobilize internal teams and align key stakeholders to support the PoC

C) Develop PoC :

a. Use agile approach to develop the PoC

b. Support PoC execution

c. Program manage the PoC activities to deliver the POC in the expected timelines

d. Manage the governance and reporting process for POCs

D) Final recommendation :

a. Provide recommendations on go / no-go decisions on PoC outcomes and stakeholder alignment

b. Evaluate the PoCs Vs defined success criteria

c. Provide scale-up recommendation
