We are looking for candidate working with Consultancy Firm & catering to pharma sector & ready to work with Consultancy firm catering to Pharma sector.

Job Profile -

- Purchase of all Project Related capital goods for one of the leading pharmaceutical EPC consultants in India.

- Finalization of all tender packages, Procurement of Pharma Machinery / Equipment, all capital goods related to Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC etc.

- Vendor identification, qualification, and evaluation to ensure adequate supplier performance

- Evaluating and monitor the suppliers at regular intervals and maintain strong relationships with them follow up for timely delivery from Suppliers/ Vendors at client sites

- Coordinate with project / engineering / legal / accounts / export and logistics departments in their preparation of service terms, agreements, and

- Organize communication with suppliers periodically according to the requirements of that category to build durable relationships with suppliers.

- Resolving vendor or contractor grievances and claims if any.

Competencies

- Good knowledge of Pre and Post shipment export documentation.

- Well experienced in planning of shipment.

- Should have knowledge about customs, import/export and other related procedures.

- Responsible for Export Logistics Pre-shipment & post-shipment export documentations

- Ability to make effective error free documents

- Identify risks from the ever-evolving procurement environment, set up and implement a risk mitigation plan to maintain consistent supply levels.

- Able to benchmark market pricing and negotiate revised terms with the suppliers - Should have excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
