Procurement Manager - Construction/Facility/Hospitality/NGO Services (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaises with Vertical heads to determine their product and service needs. (BOQ , Drawing , SOW, Department Estimate for rate and completion period, Budget)
- Researching potential vendors.
- Vendor evaluations.
- Collection of initial quotes from vendors
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Ensures that all procurement related to facilities / Services and equipment are on time and are cost effective.
- Collection & Maintain of all documents as per standard process of Procurement.
- Manage supplier relationship.
- Ensure compliance of purchases in line with policies and procedures.
- Ensure all orders are timely placed from SAP system.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong capability to adapt to necessary changes, and to lead changes.
- Able to work under pressure, deliver results and observe deadline.
- Good interpersonal skills to work in the team - with service-focus mentality.
- Good Negotiator, Value Analysis.
- Good analytical ability.
- MS office.
Required Work Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of post-qualification work experience.
- Experience of Construction /Facility / Hospitality/ NGO services industry background preferable.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Civil / Mechanical Engineering Preferable.
