Candidate must have worked experience into 'CIVIL' , 'ELECTRICIAL' & 'MECHNICAL' procurement.

Brief on Profile:-

We are looking for 'Procurement & SCM Director'.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field.

- Minimum fifteen (15) years' experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or an equivalent function with equal complexity and with knowledge of business strategy, procurement strategy & processes, category management and overall execution of procurement KPIs.

- Candidates with an MBA, Master's Degree and / or certification like CPM/CPSM, PMP, etc. will have an added advantage.

- Responsible for deliver On Time procurement contracts.

- Business partnership with the design and projects team to drive Procurement initiatives.

- Manager Risk Mitigation, contract management, supplier consolidation and networking.

- Control the Lead Time, Compliance management, On Time delivery, Quality Improvements and Cash Flow Improvement.

- Manage logistics strategy for Pan India and drive productivity with ensuring to compliances.

- Define procurement strategies and implementing operational improvements across all our business lines.

- Governance & Control: Drive Compliance to define the procurement processes, quality management, integrity and ethics policies compliance in dealing with the suppliers.

Core Deliverables:-

- Develop sourcing and procurement strategy for the organization and execute it.

- Develop and implement the procurement policy, process guidelines, standard operating procedures for stakeholders/supplier groups.

- Lead vendor negotiations, analysis, management presentations for large and complex procurement projects.

- Should have very strong procurement experience with categories like construction works, furniture, electronics, networking apparatus, outsourced labor, hardware, software, consumables, service agreements and other operational spends.

- Lead the procurement team with appropriate talent and experience for growing business needs.

- Lead the implementation and usage of SAP and Build Supply along with integration.

- Work with the Finance team to understand category level annual budgets, key spend areas and develop annual procurement plans.

- Provide regular and timely insights on enterprise level spend, keeping in mind key objectives of cost improvement, operations and business continuity and overall procurement strategy.

- Set up appropriate internal controls with respect to procurement processes, necessary for a rapidly growing organization, without compromising user experience.

- Ensure total cost ownership from purchase to delivery to site including P&L management and warehouse monitoring.

- Understand the business requirement and trajectory to bring about symbiosis between Opex and Capex expenditure.
