Procurement & Finance Officer - NGO (5-7 yrs)
- End-to-end responsibility for all project procurements and support the team on relevant processes [Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotations (RFQ], firming up the bid evaluation criteria as per norms & other competitive procurement tools to ensure that all the processes are in line with policies and procedures
- Support / Assist team in procuring goods or services in accordance with the project workplan/budget and lead times
- Ensure procurement processes adhere to the highest standards of fair, open, ethical procurement whilst adhering to value for money principles and in accordance with the specified budgets and policies
- Issue Purchase Order/ Consultants Agreement/ Sub-grant agreement, as the case may be and prepare a tracker of the same
- Oversee adherence to contractual agreements, recommend amendments and extensions of contracts, and advise concerned parties on contractual rights and obligations
- Update and review of vendor database periodically to ensure quality services.
- Continuously monitoring of tracker and follow-up with teams to ensure timely closing of the contracts/ agreements
- Assist Sr. Finance Officer by providing required documents for verification/audit and or for any internal/external reporting
- To verify bills/ invoices/ claims / sub-grantees financial report and fund request. To make sure that all the required supporting is attached with the bills/ invoice/ claims etc
