The profile should be in line with the following :

1. Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engg.)

2. Deep expertise with forging and injection molding process - including design of components, material selection knowledge, tooling design

3. Must have total industry experience of ~8-10 years

4. Possess prior work experience with procurement for direct material sourcing, inter-department ideas syndication etc.,

5. Experience bottom-up clean-sheet costing of forging, casting, injection molding process
