Procurement Analyst - Analytics (2-10 yrs)
Position : Procurement Analyst
Responsibility
1.Convert a business requirement into an analytical problem statement & develop comprehensive analytical solutions using statistical procedure and/or domain knowledge depending on the requirements of the project.
2.Design,Develop & implement analytical techniques on large,complex,structured & unstructured data sets to derive meaningful insights and help make better decisions.
3.Present the insights through visualization tools (MS PowerPoint,tableau etc) to succinctly communicate story to key stakeholders.
4.Build independent cost models & assist stakeholders for setting up cost targets
5.Conduct research & analysis across topics like market movements of commodities,identifying new sources for procurement,price trends etc.
6.Assess procurement(geographic,strategic,supplier) risks & mitigation plan.
Requirements
1.Technical expertise regarding data models,database design development,data mining & segmentation techniques.
2.Outstanding hands on experience on advance excel is mandatory.
3.Fluency in other MS office suite (Word,PowerPoint,Access etc)
4.Ability to explain technical concepts & analytics-driven findings to business people.
