We have a job opening with our client (Permanent Position) for the profile into Procurement To Pay (PTP)_Noida Location.

Job Description:

What will you be doing ?

- Oversight and delivery of regular reporting for legal portfolios (e.g. Major Matters, Competition, APAC)

- Accountable for effective management of the end to end process with regards to PO creation / amendments / closures and invoicing of legal POs.

- Portfolio based reporting of Purchase Order lifecycle and associated invoices

- Support the Matter Controllers with escalation items with regards to query management from both internal teams and external vendors

- Provide support to Matter Controllers to navigate the end to end processes.

- Manage expectations to stakeholder groups in the form of regular reporting and issue management resolution

- Workload management for Matter Controllers, factoring in seasonality and absences

- Control and substantiate positions aligning to balance sheet positions, outlooks, accruals and planning cycle

- Ensure key reporting is delivered accurately with good quality commentary

- Work with key members of stakeholder groups to develop suggestions for improving the end to end PO and invoice management process

What were looking for:

- Graduate with experience of working with financial and budget information

- Strong analytical skills and ability to consider wider objectives

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Takes ownership and sees issues to completion through effective prioritisation and a commitment to teamwork.
