Hiring, Implementation Consultant

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring successful client experience and software solutions implementation. This role will collaborate with client teams, and internally, to help both our prospective and existing partners to integrate or enhance existing integrations to our platform.

What you'll do

- Serve as a solution consultant on Procol Procurement Applications.

- Contribute to the top-line growth for the organization through Product Pilots and product capability demonstrations, Prove ROI within fixed timelines and pass on accounts to the Customer Success team.

- This consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering functional and technical solutions to help our customers streamlining the source to pay process.

- Support Sales in creating Pilot roadmap, onboarding of customers, responding to client queries about solutions and capabilities

- Setup and configure POC (proof-of-concept) use cases on tenants across all Procol solutions

- Plan and execute key events like client training workshops.

- Ensure deliverables are on-time and within budget, define and achieve KPI targets of adoption, value realization and ROI for customers.

- Work on development of procurement best practices, assets, and stay up to date with relevant topics/trends, technologies and Procol capabilities.

- Provides on-going status of performance measures and deliverables to the Executive & Senior Project Consultant (s).

- Provide best practices, insights and/or expertise to others.

What you'll bring

- Strong Problem-solving and Analytical skills

- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills

- Self-starter with the ability to define and refine strategy for effective results

- Detail-oriented with an ability to ask the right question

- Time bound with an ability to manage key stakeholders

- Ability to understand business problems and context and map to service offerings, expertise and capabilities of the organization

- 2-5 years of Business Process Modeling/Re-design and demonstration of Source to Pay Solutions

- Ability to understand business problems and map it to a procurement solution

- Previous experience working in sales and understanding the customer pain points and proposing business solutions

- Strong customer-facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients

- Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn new tools & techniques to solve business problems.

- Techno Functional aptitude to understand business scenarios along with product technical configurations.
