Job Description:
- P & L responsibility, Role of Head for Developing and Managing the Packaging Business Vertical at ProcMart
- Should have knowledge and experience of Primary Packaging, Secondary Packaging & Tertiary Packaging plus Packaging Material, and their usage in various applications.
- Should have knowledge of applications, sourcing from India and abroad
- The incumbent shall have a Client Facing Role and should be able to handle and get business from multinational clients independently
- Should be adept in sourcing and execution of orders
- Strongly influence and shape the customer's perception of the company as a forward -thinking innovator with regards to packaging.
- Proactively innovative and new packaging solutions for new and existing product lines in market / with clients.
- Take the lead in developing and promoting new packaging innovation
- Identify and visit new potential suppliers that can help us achieve ProcMart's goals of excellence in packaging innovation.
- The job requires cross functional and matrix working with multiple stake holders
- The incumbent should be articulate, confident, and willing to take on larger responsibilities with time and be ready in couple of years' time to head multiple verticals at ProcMart.
