Candidate should have experience in Process Transformation/Improvement into multiple Domains (Across Domains)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive process Transformation globally including Simplification, integration in sub processes, enable data transparency and controls to deliver Cost savings, Visibility & increased Fulfilment in People Supply Chain
- Engage closely with Business units with the objective of understanding their process, strategy & driving world class processes, simplification, automation and center of excellence.
- Drive Efficiency and Effectiveness improvement projects in core processes namely Lead to Cash, Forecast to fulfill, Hire to retire, procure to pay processes, CXO dashboards etc.
- Responsible for liaising with all internal stakeholders (Resource Management Group, HR, Finance, CIO) and external partners (Consulting firms, Start-up etc.)
- Deliver program related Internal & External communications to partners
- Manage project status reporting and executive briefings to update senior leaders on the program/project performance
