Head-Process Transformation & Excellence - IT Services/ Consulting - PAN India -15+ years

Excellent opportunity for someone who holds more than 15 years of experience in leading transformation projects, process transformations, driving operations, and business excellence programs in IT/ITES or management consulting space. If you are someone who is well versed in Six Sigma and Lean practices, do apply with us.

Six Sigma Master Black Belt will be an added advantage.

Location: PAN India (Mumbai Preferred)

- Leading impactful transformation projects.

- Transforming end-to-end processes with continuous improvements.

- Introducing ways for process transformation.

- Looking at process automation and other solutions to drive productivity and improve outcomes.

- Leading solution design and implementation exercises.

- Building and driving process maturity roadmaps for core enterprise processes.

Requirements:

- Six Sigma Master Black Belt/Quality Leader with knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean practices.

- 8+ years in driving operations and business excellence programs.

- Knowledge of Excel and Minitab to analyze complex data.

- Expert in process mapping and tools such as Visio.
