RESPONSIBLITIES: - Coordinating with internal functions to design training calendar for current and future business needs and convey trainings on different modules inside the concurred timetables. - Partnering with business to curate different learning projects or certifications. - Applying new age learning strategies like E-learning modules, gamification and tests through CELIB. - Identifying skill-gaps, communicating timely feedback and partner on developing detailed learning plans to meet internal quality standards. - Supporting business in analyzing trends for errors and queries and bridge the same through innovative learning approaches. - Supporting business teams and new hires throughout their journey. - Being an internal Quality Assurance specialist to drive the internal quality standards. - Assisting with documentation and performance tracking for the business. - Contributing to special projects or process improvement initiatives. - Ensuring adherence to policies &amp; procedures as per organization's standards. REQUIREMENTS:- &nbsp;- Training skills. - Flexible to work in rotational shifts. - Must have working experience in Insurance Broking related administrations like Policy Admin, Policy Review or Certificates. - Excellent written and verbal communication.
