- Delivering classroom training for delegates across designations.
- Conducting Training Need Identification & TNA to ascertain the desired skill enrichment.
- Designing the curriculum per the competency of the training & target trainees.
- Developing the content within pre-set timelines, building core training flow in suitable presentation tool.
- Strong emphasis on activity/ practice based training, using innovative techniques & exercises.
- Drafting the evaluation tests in multiple sets per competency levels.
- Consolidating & incorporating the feedback/ MIS to improve the training, on real-time basis for subsequent training.
- Providing individual / group feedback for continued practice & implementation.
- Documenting & record keeping of T&D initiatives and feedback. Liaising with other business functions to identify & procure requisite in-house Learning initiatives.
- Financial Products (Fixed Income Securities, Equity Products, Derivatives, Syndicated Loans, CIS).
- Mandatory Trainings - Financial Crime Prevention, Data Protection, Ethics, Client Money, Treating Customers Fairly
